  • 2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.75 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 unit Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, maple syrup, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
