Ingredients
  • 2 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon Ice water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. Add the coconut oil and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and ice water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to fit your pie dish.
  8. Transfer the dough to the pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides.
  9. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges.
  10. Fill the pie crust with your desired filling.
