  • 2 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Almond Milk
  • 0.25 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Drizzle honey over the cooled cake before serving.
