  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
