  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the red berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until well coated.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the second pie crust and cut into strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie by weaving the strips over and under each other.
  7. Trim off any excess crust and crimp the edges.
  8. Brush the beaten egg over the lattice crust.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes.
  11. In a small bowl, mix together the milk and powdered sugar to create a glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pie.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
