  • 200 gram Pie Crust
  • 700 gram Apples
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 30 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together sliced apples, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the apple filling.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
