  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 25 cups of granulated sugar, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, molasses, 5 cups of granulated sugar, milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
  4. Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the remaining 5 cups of granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
