Ingredients
  • 10 sheets Phyllo Dough
  • 200 grams Feta Cheese
  • 200 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 200 grams Sour Cream
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and cottage cheese.
  3. Add sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil. Place a sheet of phyllo dough in the dish and brush it with oil. Repeat this process with half of the phyllo dough sheets.
  5. Pour half of the cheese mixture over the phyllo dough.
  6. Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with oil. Pour the remaining cheese mixture over the phyllo dough.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the gibanica to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Cut into slices and serve warm.
