  3. Add sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.

  5. Pour half of the cheese mixture over the phyllo dough.
  6. Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with oil. Pour the remaining cheese mixture over the phyllo dough.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the gibanica to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
