  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Pour the mixture over the crust.
