  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water and pineapple. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
  3. Slice fresh strawberries and arrange them over the crust. Pour the thickened Jell-O mixture over the strawberries. Return to the refrigerator for another hour.
  4. Once the Jell-O is set, spread whipped topping over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
  5. Slice and serve chilled.
