Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie Crust
  • 4 cup Mixed Fruit
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mixed fruit, sugar, flour, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the fruit mixture with butter.
  6. Cover the pie with another pie crust or lattice strips.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
