Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 container Whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  4. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
