  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pie dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Place bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bacon slices.
  8. Bake the bacon for 10 minutes or until crispy. Let it cool and then chop into small pieces.
