Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle lime zest on top.
  7. Cover the pie dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Serve the frozen key lime pie chilled.
