  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  7. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pie.
  8. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  9. Place the pie in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve frozen and enjoy!
