Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

In another dish, beat the eggs with milk.

Crush the cornflakes in a ziplock bag.

Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.

Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Place the pie crust in a pie dish.

Pour the vegetable mixture over the crust.

Top with fried chicken breasts.

Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.

Cut a few slits in the top crust to vent.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
