• 2 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 cup Granulated sugar
• 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
• 2 large Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 cup Milk
• to taste for dusting Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and milk. Mix well until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
6. Cut into squares or desired shapes and dust with powdered sugar.
7. Serve and enjoy!
