Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Sauerkraut
  • 1 pound Potatoes
  • 8 ounce Kielbasa
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into cakes and coat them in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Meanwhile, slice the kielbasa and fry it in a separate pan.
  6. Serve the fried sauerkraut cakes with the fried kielbasa on top.
