Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Bourbon
  • 2 sheet Pie crust
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and bourbon. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture onto each circle.
  4. Fold the circles in half and seal the edges.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the pies until golden brown.
