Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 16 ounce Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and place them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil leaves, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the pie crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is golden and the tomatoes are tender.
  8. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
