Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.

Slice the tomatoes and place them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil leaves, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the cheese mixture on top of the pie crust.
