Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pie crust
  • 2 pound Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and remove excess moisture.
  4. Layer the tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese in the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tomato layers.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
