  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and place them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto the pie crust.
  6. Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the tomatoes and basil.
