Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 4 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Add the fresh strawberries and lemon juice to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve with whipped cream on top.
