Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 1 pound Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Slice the strawberries and toss them with the sugar mixture.
  5. Add lemon juice to the strawberry mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream on top.
