Ingredients
  • 300 gram Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 150 gram Feta Cheese
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 unit Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 unit Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooled spinach mixture, chopped basil leaves, crumbled feta cheese, and mix well.
  6. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  7. Pour the spinach mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
