  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of unsalted butter.
  6. Cover the pie with a second pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of dough.
  7. Trim and crimp the edges of the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
