  • 2 cup Apples
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
