Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Fresh Ahi Tuna
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the tuna cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
