Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the pie crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition.

Gradually add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, beating until smooth and creamy.

Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.

Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
