Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
