  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, whisking continuously.
  5. Sift in the cocoa powder and salt, and fold gently until well combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest in the ramekins for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate and gently remove the ramekin.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries and mint leaves.
