Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 150 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
