Ingredients
  • 500 gram White Fish Fillets
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 10 gram Parsley
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with butter and milk.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the onion until softened, then add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add fish, peas, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the fish mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
