Ingredients
  • 500 gram Fish fillets
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the fish fillets in salted water until cooked. Drain and let cool.
  2. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
  4. In a bowl, flake the cooked fish and mix it with the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, and beaten egg.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Shape the mixture into small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fish cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve hot with a side of salad or dipping sauce.
