Ingredients
  • 500 gram Fish fillets
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 gram Bread crumbs
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 20 gram Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  2. In a separate bowl, flake the fish fillets.
  3. Finely chop the onion and parsley.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flaked fish, chopped onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  7. Coat each patty with bread crumbs.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. Fry the fish cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  10. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve hot with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
