  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each circle of dough. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat pies until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Place the fried pies on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
