Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peaches
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, remaining sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  4. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the flour mixture into the greased baking dish.
  7. Layer the peach mixture on top, then sprinkle the remaining flour mixture over the peaches.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  9. Allow the cake to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
