Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.

Peel and grate the carrots.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vegetable oil. Add the grated carrots and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the carrot mixture, stirring until well combined.

In the meantime, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
