In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
