Ingredients
  • 300 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Digestive biscuits
  • 300 ml Whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 100 gram Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the whipping cream until it starts to simmer.
  5. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
