Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chunks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
