Egg & Pasta Pie, also known as ‘Torta Pasqualina’ in Italian, is a traditional Easter dish in Italy.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.

Add the cooked pasta and grated cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Grease a baking dish and pour the pasta mixture into it.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
