Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the sweet bean paste evenly over the puff pastry.

Scatter the cooked and peeled chestnuts on top.

Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and place it over the filling.

Press the edges of the two pastry sheets together to seal the pie.
