Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.

Bake for 20 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
