  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Almond milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the applesauce, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
