Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
