Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 60 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 20 gram Powdered sugar
  • 100 gram Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
