Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and creamy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
